很好奇，不知博主是从何处听说“moscow principle”的。我也刚从一本名为“未来商务的ORACLE模式”的书中看到所谓“莫斯科准则”（必须做的、应该做的、能够做的、可能做的），我还特地找出其英文原版书，确实是所谓“moscow principle”。但是网上搜索无法找到其原始出处，博主知道的话，能否赐教。另：你给出的链接无法打开。
